Terms & Conditions

Although each event has its own payment schedule and cancellation policy, they are also summarized here. *77 Events reserves the right to cancel room reservations if payment has not been received by the stated dates. Failure to render payment could result in forfeiture of any refund. Should 77 Events need to cancel a room reservation for any reason other than lack of payment, a refund may be given.

October 2026 — Main Hotel Cancellation Policy

Canceled on or before Feb 28, 2026: all monies paid are fully refundable.
Mar 1 – Jun 1, 2026: refund given less 50% of monies paid (less transaction fees).
Jun 2 – Aug 1, 2026: refund given less 75% of monies paid (less transaction fees).
On or after Aug 2, 2026: no refund. A $500 credit applies toward any future 5+ night 77 Event (expires Nov 1, 2027).

October 2026 — Payment Schedule (Monthly Option)

Booking early gives you 2 months without payments. Monthly payments begin April/May 2026. One payment at time of reservation and 5 monthly payments. Fully refundable less transaction fees through Feb 28, 2026.

Monthly Payment Terms

Your card will be charged monthly on the scheduled date.
Once your checkout is complete, your selected plan and payment amount remain unchanged even if prices increase later.
To cancel, you must contact us directly. Otherwise your card will continue to be charged automatically.
If your card is compromised, it is your responsibility to contact us to replace your payment method and avoid extra fees.
Insufficient funds will result in a $35 processing fee per failed transaction.

Travel Insurance

With life's ever-changing situations surrounding vacations, we recommend our guests look into purchasing travel insurance (we recommend Squaremouth) as well as checking local and international travel requirements.

Event Passes

Event Passes are fully refundable, less transaction fees, up to 10 days prior to the event. To cancel for a refund, contact us through our website. Hotel reservations made outside our website must be canceled directly by you.
